5 STEPS TO BUILD A SUCCESSFUL BRAND! | Digital marketing tips

1. Start

You maybe get surprised but the majority actually fail before they even start. Don’t ever be ashamed to start. You need to stop overthinking your decisions and just take a leap. Fail, fail, fail, SUCCEED! If you just at home right now and don’t know what you want to do just start the first thing that come to your mind. One thing is for sure, no one will ever succeed to build a brand by just thinking without acting. 

2. Post

To build your personal brand will always be important in business. To start by building a following is specially good for new small business owners. Sales will come with attention. You can not complain about not getting noticed if you have dead social media accounts. If you just started or got a small following you need to post everyday. Everyone got something to tell the world every day whatever what it is. Quantity go over quality in the beginning because by posting a lot the quality and skills will come automatically. I usually recommend at least 2 posts a day on every active social media account you have and want to gain followers on.

3.Be unique 

This is something I did not follow myself in the beginning. Now if you passed step 1 and 2 it’s time to start posting unique and relevant content. So many people think it’s just to post pictures every day and the next day you got a following. We all wish it was that easy but unfortunately it’s not. Think about how many people in the world posting exactly the same type of content as you. How do you stand out of the crowd? Everyone have their own way but what I’m saying is that you need to try finding YOUR unique way to get noticed.  

4. Marketing

Now you got relevant and unique pictures and videos but still no followers? Whaaat? Building a brand will never be easy as I said many times before. Its a 24/7 job and if you not ready to that commitment it is going to be really hard. You need to find the best ways to promote your brand. There are so many tips and tricks you can use to get a higher chance to get noticed. From small every day hacks to full digital marketing plans. The knowledge you need to master a social media platform is huge and it take a lot of failures before you start to understand how it works. 5. Patience

If you completed all these steps the hole game is now up to your patience. Overnight success is very unusual and only a very small percentage have managed to pull it off. The goal should never be to be a overnight success. Build a business plan and put future goals for yourself. It’s all about never giving up and keep sharing interesting content daily. The followers will find you! Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, maybe not even this year but they will find you sooner or later if you stay consistent.

The last couple of days I have been writing about posting at least two times a day on every social platform to maximize the chance of getting noticed. I also wrote about the usage of hashtags in a earlier post. In this post I’m going to teach you about spam which is a really big mistake a lot of people don’t realize they are doing. What is spam?
